How quickly can I get a skip?
Same-day if you book before 10am — otherwise next working day. Sundays we don’t deliver.
Can I change the delivery date?
Yes — call us up to 24 hours before. After that we may have already loaded the route.
How do I pay?
By card at the end of the booking flow, or on a trade account by invoice.
Delivery

Will the driver call before arriving?
You’ll get an SMS when the driver is en route, with a live tracking link.
What time will my skip arrive?
Choose AM (7am–1pm) or PM (1pm–6pm) at booking. We narrow it down on the day.
Can I move the skip myself?
No, please — they’re heavier than they look and need our skip lorry to position safely.

Do I need a permit?
Only if any part of the skip is on a public road or pavement. We handle the application — see the Permits page.
How much is the permit?
There’s a £15 admin fee from us; the council fee varies but is included in your quote when applicable.

How do I open a trade account?
Apply via the Trade page or call us. We’ll set you up within a working day.
How is invoicing handled?
Monthly statements with 30-day terms. Photo proof against every job.
Payment

Can I pay on the day?
We take payment at booking by default. For trade accounts we invoice monthly.
Are prices inc. VAT?
Skip cards show inc-VAT prices; the order summary shows the breakdown.
